- Batimos el huevo. Lo añadimos a la sartén y mezclamos sin poner al fuego


- Repartimos la mezcla en cazuelas de barro. Espolvoreamos con el parmesano en lascas y el Cheddar rallado, metemos al horno


- Dejamos unos 10 minutos hasta que cuaje el huevo y el queso esté dorado
