- Coger una sartén echarle un poco de aceite y poner al fuego.Mientras pelamos y picamos la cebolla en cuadrados muy pequeños.Cuando el aceite este caliente echamos la cebolla y la pochamos.Una vez pochada echamos el bacon y champiñón y dejamos que se poche todo junto.


- Mientras, en otro recipiente, batimos los huevos, una vez batidos echamos la nata, una pizca de sal y pimienta negra molida.Una vez todo mezclado se le echa un poco de queso rallado y removemos todo.

- Ahora cogemos lo hecho anteriormente en la sartén y lo del recipiente, y lo juntamos todo en un bol.Y removemos todo.Una vez mezclado todo lo echamos encima de la masa, una vez vertido cubrimos por arriba con queso rallado.
